Wild Salad Bowl

Saw this article on Grist, about using weeds and invasive species for food. Wondering if the same thing could work for our local California wild mustard?

Anyone have any good recipes?

Steam or boil with a little lemon. It is tender when young before flowering.

Larry, I'd love to talk more about this, should we manage to meet in the forest sometime. Here's my tweet of a bonanza I recently found.

Not all "invasives" I hope. I usually just add them to my cooking pot.
